Re'equil's Babassu anti frizz conditioner is a natural alternative to silicones which is found in the Amazon Rainforests of Brazil. Unlike silicones, it does not deposit on the scalp as residue instead, it clears away the residue left over by the previous hair care products.
Key Features:

  • Safe Ingredients: Silicone Free, Paraben Free, Sulphate Free. Which makes it CG friendly.
  • Dermatologically Tested: Certified Safe Dermatologically tested and not tested on animals.

It is vegan friendly, as it is not tested on animals.

When we curly girls look for a CG friendly product, our top two enemies are Silicones and Sulphates. Sulphates cause dryness and frizz. Silicones tend to build up on your hair and your hair does not seem to react well even after various products.

Ingredients: Aqua, Cetearyl Alcohol, Behenyl Alcohol, Brassicamidopropyl Dimethylamine, Orbignya speciosa Kernel Oil (Babassu Oil), Octyldodecanol, Erythritol, Isoamyl Laurate, Xylitylglucoside (and) Anhydroxylitol (and) Xylitol, Astrocaryum murumuru Seed Butter, Guar Hydroxypropyltrimonium Chloride, Phenoxyethanol, Ethylhexylglycerin, Aspartic Acid, Fragrance.

My opinion:- It is a budget friendly, CG friendly product. To be honest I was trying to save money and did not to purchase CG friendly conditioners so that I can save that extra buck, but that was it. It was time that I'd rather invest in a good CG friendly Conditioner as most of CG friendly Conditioners are above 600, so after browsing a bit I decided to give Re'equil's Babassu Anti Frizz Conditioner a try.

When I used this Conditioner for the first time, my reaction was:- Oh my my, I've never used a conditioner with such a great slip! I was so happy and my hair got detangled in no time. My hair literally felt so smooth and soft that I couldn't stop touching it.

How to use:-

Take a generous amount of product and put it on one part hair in 2-4 sections depending on your hair and start to detangle with fingers. (Curly hair is dry and frizzy so it is better to detangle in shower after applying a good Conditioner)

Pros.
Budget friendly.
Curly girl friendly.
Free from Silicones, Sulphates, Paraben, drying alcohols, mineral oil.
Could be used as leave in and co wash.
It is light weight.
Has a great slip, also little goes a long way.

Cons.
I don't think there are any cons at such a price range. You could get any other at 600 and above, where as you could get two of them in that range..!!

Final thoughts:-

Yes, I'd definitely buy this conditioner again no doubt. It is perfect for budget and currently my favorite.

After using Babassu conditioner my hair felt more soft and moisturized. While also being budge friendly, it is perfect for CG method too! It glides on very smoothly and a little amount goes a long way.

It could be used as a leave in and also as a Co-wash. It does not weigh down hair and gives great shine and bounce. It is light weight, which is good for my fine hair.

Also it is budget friendly price Rs. 350. It is easily available on amazon.
